About Intelco Group
Who we are and how we work.
Intelco Group has been operating since 2002 — over 24 years specializing in B2B technology integration for hotels, residences and commercial projects. Headquartered in New York, with offices in Miami, FL and Aruba.
We design, supply, install and service intelligent infrastructure: security and CCTV, access control, enterprise networking, IP telephony, audio/video, smart lighting, energy management (Energybil) and home automation. Everything under one team, one contract.
Across the United States and the Caribbean. We routinely deliver projects in New York, Florida, Aruba, Venezuela and the wider Caribbean region. We can travel for the right project.
Our own. Every project gets a project manager and a licensed low-voltage technician team from Intelco from rough-in to commissioning. We do not subcontract the installation or the service work.
Authorized partner of more than 30 manufacturers including Bosch, Assa Abloy, Cisco, Ubiquiti, Sony, Denon, Lutron, Control4, Crestron Home, Savant and others. Specific brand selection depends on the project and its requirements.
Pricing and sales
How quotes, prices and sales conversations work.
Intelco is B2B. Pricing depends on your business type (hotel, residential developer, integrator, end user) and shows up only after your commercial account has been approved. Browse the catalog freely; once you are signed in with an approved account you will see your applicable pricing on every product.
The fastest path is to open a ticket under "New Estimate / Commercial" from our support form, with a short description of the project (location, scope, timeline). A project manager will reach out, typically within one business day, to scope it properly.
Until our public sales line is announced, every sales inquiry goes through the same support form. Choose the category "New Estimate / Commercial" and our commercial team will pick it up — same SLA as any other ticket.
Yes. For commercial projects we offer on-site discovery and site walks as part of our Project Design phase, including single-line system diagrams, bill of materials and budgets at three tiers. Request it via the support form.
Yes. From a one-room home theater to a 10,000 sq ft estate or a full-hotel rollout. We tend to be a better fit when the project benefits from end-to-end engineering rather than off-the-shelf installation.
Account and registration
How to create a commercial account and what comes with it.
Companies, hotels, residential developments, integrators and other businesses operating in our service area. Personal use accounts are not currently supported — Intelco serves a B2B audience.
Approvals are reviewed manually during business hours (Mon–Fri 8am–6pm EST). Most requests are reviewed within one business day. You will receive an email at the address you registered with as soon as your account is active.
Use the "Forgot your password?" link on the sign-in page. You will get an email with a reset link valid for 60 minutes. Click it and set a new password — done in under a minute.
Reach out through our support form and a project manager will help you update the account record. We keep these changes manual to protect order and ticket history tied to the original account.
Orders and payment
How an order works once you place it.
Sign in with an approved commercial account, browse the catalog, add items to your cart, and confirm the checkout. There is no online payment — placing the order generates an order record and notifies our team.
Payment terms are arranged offline by a project manager after you submit the order. They will contact you to confirm the order details and finalize the invoice and payment method that fit your account.
Yes. Each product page lets you request installation, and any product in your cart with installation requested gets flagged as such. Our team scopes the installation effort and includes it in the project plan.
Yes, before fulfillment starts. Reply to the order confirmation email or open a ticket from your account with the order reference number. The earlier you let us know, the smoother the change.
Delivery timing depends on the products and their availability. The project manager will give you a delivery window once the order is confirmed and inventory is sourced.
Support tickets
How our support process works for clients and visitors.
No. Anyone can open a ticket from our support form by providing contact info. Having an approved account is helpful because your tickets are tracked in /account/tickets and tied to your project history.
Most tickets get a first response within one business day. Urgent tickets are prioritized and reviewed as soon as they come in during business hours.
It moves the ticket to the top of the queue and flags it in our notification systems. Use it when something is genuinely time-critical — a system down, a security incident, a project at risk of slipping. Overuse degrades response for everyone.
If you have an account, sign in and visit /account/tickets to see all your tickets and their statuses. You will also receive an email whenever the status of one of your tickets changes.
Reply directly to any ticket email and your message lands with our team automatically. For a new request, open another ticket so it can be properly categorized and routed.
About Energybil
Our proprietary energy management platform.
Energybil is our proprietary energy management platform that integrates with smart thermostats, dehumidification systems and HVAC controls to reduce energy consumption by 20–30% on average in hotels and multi-unit residences, without sacrificing comfort.
Typical projects see payback in around 12 months depending on building envelope, occupancy patterns and the existing HVAC equipment. We can run a quick projection during the project design phase.
In most cases yes. We design integrations during the discovery phase so Energybil tracks existing meters, thermostats and HVAC equipment. Where retrofit hardware is required, it is supplied and installed by Intelco.
